Happy 7 years to US!

I can't believe we have been married for 7 years. I feel like every year I get older, time goes faster.
I cannot believe we lived together for 6 years without Kaidance. She truly completes us. She means the world to us and I can't imagine happiness without her in our lives.

Well, for our anniversary on the 19th, Eric surprised Kaidance and I with a trip to Snowbird. We had never been there before and it was AMAZING to say the least. It was so beautiful. The first thing we saw when we pulled up was a moose. It was crazy. We had a blast. Kaidance was the best baby, though she had a difficult time sleeping at night.
Eric payed for me to have a pedicure spa that is on the roof and I payed for him to get a massage.
Next, Kaidance is getting her 5th and 6th teeth. She is getting her top two middle teeth. She is really a trooper. It seems like all the sudden her mouth has just exploded with teeth. Poor baby!

Oh, and today Eric and I bought a new car. I will have to post some pictures of it later, cause he has it at work. But it is a Nissan. It is good on gas mileage, and is something we feel comfortable putting Kaidance in. I guess that is all we can ask for. Oh, and it is pretty cute too.

~Beautiful Kaidance Khloe~

Not much to say after that!

Daddy ~ Daughter Time!

Kaidance Roo sure loves her dad! I found some pictures of her and Dad on my phone and I just had to post them.

Today when Eric got home from work, she would only reach for him. She cried some big alligator tears when he went upstairs to get in the shower. It was so sad.

She is one little Daddy's girl. (and I am sure he feels the same way about her;)

Going to the Park.

I talked my sister Kimmie and my cute little niece into going to the park today with Kaidance and I. It was a blast. Kaidance has the best time watching little kids. I even took her on the slides and swings. We talked Ky into going on a few slides that she hadn't dared to go on before. We all had so much fun! I just love my family! Ky is so cute and so smart. She is so good with Kaidance, and I love that!
Also Kaidance has been changing so fast these days. She now has four teeth. She has two top "vampire" teeth and her two bottom middle teeth. She has also had another cold that started on the sixth and just continues to linger on. I keep teasing Eric that she likes him better than me because I am always the one so suction out and wipe her nose. But really, she is a daddy's girl. She just loves being with Eric and would choose him over me any day! Makes me sad at times, but I am so blessed to have such an involved dad for her.

She has been crawling like a mad women for months now. She gets around so fast, it just makes me laugh. She pulls herself up to things and will walk around them holding on, but has not actually taken steps on her own yet. A few different times she will stand up on her own for a little bit, but then realize she is not holding on to anything and fall.
She also has been sleeping through the night for a few weeks. It sure feels like Heaven on Earth when I wake up. She sleeps every morning until around 7. It is so wonderful. I thought day may never come.
Lastly, she says "BABA" I don't really think she means to say anything in particular, but who knows. Eric was joking saying she is trying to say DADA, but is just messing up on one letter. I told him I agreed, and I thought she meant to say MAMA. Yes, we are crazy!

Well, I don't know officially how much she weighs, but I attempted to weigh myself and then weigh us both and I figured her to be about 14 pounds. We will get the official results in a few weeks at her nine month check up.

Sorry for the long post! I had a lot to catch up on!
It sure has been a GREAT summer thus far!

Kaidance's first trip to Twin Falls.

On the 10th of July we drove to Twin to see Kristin and Jess. We took Kaidance and we were not sure what to expect because she HATES her car seat. We waited until she was ready to take her first nap to leave, and then off we went. She slept for about an hour and half on the way there. She did really well. I cannot believe how good of a baby she is.
We ended up going to dinner and she spilled Eric's pink lemonade all over the table and all over my white pants. It was quiet funny actually. Everyone just loves her, so you can never get upset with what she does. She is just a little goer! She wants to be involved and be doing something all the time.

Well, anyway. Kristin and Jess took us to this AMAZING snow shack. It seriously had the best icee's ever. I have found a new love!
Also, Kristin has a pool at her house, so we had to take Kaidance. It was soooooo cold, I thought she would hate it, but SURPRISE, she loved it. She did not want to get out and Kristin and I were freezing! She just splashed and splashed.

Sad thing is, I didn't take my camera, so I had to steal all the pictures from Kristin's blog. (Sorry Kristin)
After all this, we ended up staying a lot later than we had originally planned. We didn't leave until nine at night. It was okay though, because we had gotten Kaidance all ready for bed before we left. The good thing was, she fell asleep within the first five minutes of the drive and slept until the next morning. WHAT AN ANGEL!!
IT SURE WAS SOME TIME WELL SPENT! I LOVE SEEING MY CUTE SIS! THANKS KRISTIN FOR LETTING US STAY!

The Logan Pool!

On the 3rd of July, we took Kaidance to the Logan pool. We both were not sure what to expect. We bought her a little floatation device and off we went.
My good friend Heather met us there. We had such a blast. Kaidance loved every minute of it. She just splashed and splashed. I can't believe how good she was. She sure loves the water.

Lagoon

Every year, Nucor takes all the employees and their families to Lagoon.
This year we went on June 28th. I was a little hesitant to take Kaidance, but she did okay. It was really hot, and she was not able to really nap. She did not go on any rides. Next year, I know she is going to just love the rides.
Here are a few pictures from Lagoon that our friend took.
Oh, isn't she just a Doll?
